Jackie "Jocko" Sims III[2] (born February 20, 1981) is an Inhabitant actor, known for playing Anthony President in Crash and later playing Carlton Burk in the series The Only remaining Ship. On the NBC TV extravaganza New Amsterdam, he portrayed Dr. Floyd Reynolds.
